Acupuncture for chronic lower back pain
Over-the-counter (OTC) allowance	Up to $65 per quarter allowance enables members to purchase products that support common occurring conditions such as: Pain relievers Cough and cold relief medicine First aid equipment that do not require prescriptions. Unused amounts do not roll over to the next quarter.	You can find a full list of the OTC health and wellness items that you can get in the mail in the OTC catalog below. Podiatry services	Up to 6 annual podiatry visits for the following: Members in need of medical or surgical treatment of injuries and diseases of the foot Members with conditions affecting the legs, such as diabetes	Use our Find a Doctor service to locate podiatrists near you. Call Customer Care at 800-787-3311 (TTY: 711), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., Central time.
Post-discharge meals
Smartphone services	With a smartphone, you have easy access to health-related information and can stay connected to your care team and health plan. Any enrollee who qualifies for the Federal Lifeline program, will be eligible to receive a free cell phone with monthly talk minutes, text and data.
